В статье показано, что утверждение А. Эйнштейна о влиянии движения часов на их показания является ошибочным, поскольку противоречит постулату о равенстве физических законов во всех инерциальных системах. Поэтому показания часов, находящихся в движущейся и покоящейся системах, при их встрече будут одинаковыми. Движущиеся часы идут медленнее чем такие же часы, покоящиеся относительно системы К только с точки зрения системы К, если показания часов будут сравниваться при помощи сигнала, распространяющегося с конечной скоростью.
