В оптике фундаментальной онтологии М. Хайдеггера рассматривается триада Единого «культура – цивилизация – язык». Ключевым является понимание культуры как Ответа на Вызов бытия/Бытия, что предполагает сущностное форматирование сопряженных с культурой цивилизации и языка. Исследуется состояние триады в фокусе первого и другого начал фундаментальной онтологии и возможных для них социально-политических систем. / In the optics of M. Heidegger's fundamental ontology, the triad of the Unified «culture – civilization – language» is viewed. The key thing is to understand culture as the Response to the Challenge of being/Being, which implies the essential formatting of civilization and language associated with culture. The state of the triad in the focus of the first and the other beginnings of fundamental ontology and socio-political systems possible for them is considered.

Социальное пространство – топовая тема нынешних гуманитарных наук, поскольку пространство, по М. Кастельсу, и есть выражение общества. Социальное пространство, пребывая в пространстве физическом, в отличие от него, уже сформировавшегося, предопределяется и создается мыследеятельностной энергийностью людей, само воздействуя на них. Оно становится цивилизационным домом человеческого бытия, вариантная архитектоника которого закладывается в неких исходных «проектных решениях», не поддающихся легкому осмыслению.

Карл Ясперс популярен, прежде всего, как автор понятия «осевого времени». Менее известно, что Ясперса интересовали идеи нового социализма как необходимого будущего человечества. В жизни и творчестве Ясперса многое связывало (и разъединяло) с М. Хайдеггером – иным великим философом той эпохи. Данная работа представляет собой попытку показать, как другое начало фундаментальной онтологии Хайдеггера могло бы корреспондировать с концептом такого социализма (социализма второго типа) Ясперса. Концепта, которого он, в силу многих обстоятельств, полностью так и не создал.

С позиций фундаментальной онтологии Мартина Хайдеггера и определяемых посредством неё первого и второго (другого) начал философии дается понимание нынешнего состояния цивилизации и места человека в ней. В такой оптике происходящие сейчас преобразования мира обретают новый для преобладающей части социума смысл – в значительной степени далекий от безудержного оптимизма. From the positions of Martin Heidegger's fundamental ontology and the first and second (other) principles of philosophy defined by it, an understanding of the current state of civilization and the place of man in it is given. In such optics, the current transformations of the world are acquiring a new meaning for the predominant part of society - largely far from unbridled optimism.

A review is given of our present knowledge of different parametrization of experimental results in inelastic scattering process with polarized proton beams. Spin observables in polarized proton reactions for a set of lightweight nuclei are studied at intermediate energies in the region of 100–500 MeV. Two important types of DWIA calculations are used in the analysis of experiments. Important spin observables representing the difference functions (P–Ay) and (P–Ay)σ are examined along with the polarization-transfer coefficients Dij in inelastic scattering of polarized protons. The indicated value of σ is the differential cross section. These spin observables are treated in the context of the exchange features of the effective interaction.

Interrelation between gravitation and acts of nature is deemed as a hard proof that the Earth gravitation is a predominant fact in this cohesion. Neutrino flow pressuring towards the Earth center on its way is forming difference abnormal zones within atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere. As a result we are exposed to such natural disasters as earthquakes, volcanoes and climatic changes. Sufficient energy to such acts may be released only due to gravitation.
